1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "guest", or "user") and LuxViille ("LuxViille", "we", "us", or "our") regarding your access to and use of the official LuxViille website located at https://luxviille.com (the "Site") and any reservations, bookings, or services made available through the Site in connection with LuxViille properties.
LuxViille operates and represents a curated collection of 5–6 premium casino hotels located in the United States, Australia, Saudi Arabia, and leading Asian destinations (collectively, the "Properties"). The Site is designed to provide information about our accommodations, casinos, entertainment, dining, events, promotions, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), and to facilitate inquiries and bookings.
The purpose of these Terms is to define the conditions under which you may access and use the Site and the Services, the rights and obligations of guests and LuxViille, and the rules that apply to reservations, use of facilities, payments, and dispute resolution. By continuing to use the Site and any Services offered through it, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms, together with any additional policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using the Site, submitting any inquiry or booking request, creating or managing a reservation, or otherwise interacting with LuxViille through the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Site and must not proceed with any booking or reservation.
Your continued use of the Site following the posting of updated or amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any modifications that may affect your rights and obligations.
Certain Services or promotions available via the Site (including, but not limited to, loyalty programs, event bookings, and specific promotional offers) may be subject to additional terms and conditions. Where there is any inconsistency between these Terms and the specific terms applicable to a Service, the specific terms will prevail with respect to that Service only.
3. Eligibility and Guest Responsibilities
3.1 Age Requirements
Access to certain areas and Services offered by LuxViille, including casino gaming, bars, and selected entertainment experiences, is strictly limited to guests who meet the minimum legal age required in the relevant jurisdiction. In many locations, this is 18 or 21 years of age. You are responsible for verifying and complying with the applicable legal age requirements prior to visiting a Property or using age-restricted Services.
By making a reservation or entering any LuxViille casino or age-restricted area, you confirm that you and any guests accompanying you meet the minimum legal age requirements. LuxViille reserves the right to request valid government-issued photo identification at any time and to deny access, cancel reservations, or refuse Service where age eligibility cannot be verified.
3.2 Identification and Verification
To ensure the safety, security, and regulatory compliance of our Properties, you may be required to provide accurate and up-to-date personal information and identification documents when making a reservation, checking in, accessing the casino, or participating in selected events and promotions. Failure to provide requested identification may result in refusal of check-in, denial of access to certain facilities, or cancellation of your booking, subject to the applicable cancellation policy.
3.3 Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful, responsible, and lawful manner at all times while on LuxViille premises or using LuxViille Services. You agree that you will not:
- Engage in any unlawful, abusive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate behavior toward LuxViille staff, other guests, or third parties;
- Cause damage to any LuxViille property, furnishings, equipment, or facilities, or interfere with the peaceful enjoyment of other guests;
- Bring hazardous, illegal, or prohibited items onto any LuxViille Property;
- Use the Site or Services for any fraudulent, deceptive, or unauthorized purpose.
LuxViille reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove from the Property or refuse Service to any individual whose behavior is deemed inappropriate, unsafe, unlawful, or disruptive, without any obligation to provide compensation or refund, except as required by applicable law.
3.4 Responsibility for Accompanying Guests
The primary guest named on the reservation is responsible for ensuring that all accompanying guests, including members of a group or booking party, are aware of and comply with these Terms and all applicable property rules. You are liable for any damage, loss, or violation of these Terms caused by you or any person in your party.
4. Reservations, Bookings, and Cancellations
4.1 Booking Channels
Reservations for LuxViille Properties may be made directly through the Site, via our official booking interface available at /booking/, or through authorized third-party partners and travel agencies. By completing a reservation, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current.
4.2 Reservation Confirmation
A reservation is considered confirmed only once you receive a written confirmation from LuxViille or our authorized booking system (typically via email or on-screen confirmation). This confirmation will generally include key details such as dates of stay, selected room or package type, number of guests, and applicable rates. You are responsible for reviewing the confirmation and notifying us promptly of any discrepancies.
4.3 Modifications and Special Requests
Requests to modify an existing reservation (including changes to dates, room type, or number of guests) are subject to availability and the specific rate or package conditions applicable to your booking. Certain promotional, advance purchase, or non-refundable rates may not permit changes or may incur additional fees. While LuxViille will make reasonable efforts to accommodate special requests (such as room location, bedding preferences, or accessibility features), such requests are not guaranteed and do not form part of the reservation contract unless expressly confirmed in writing.
4.4 Cancellation Policy
Cancellation terms vary based on the selected rate, length of stay, event periods, and local regulations. The relevant cancellation policy will be communicated during the booking process and/or in your booking confirmation. In general, cancellations made within a specified free-cancellation window may not incur charges, whereas late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee or the forfeiture of a deposit or prepayment.
It is your responsibility to review the cancellation policy applicable to your reservation before confirming your booking. Where permitted by law, LuxViille reserves the right to charge any applicable cancellation or no-show fees to the payment method provided at the time of booking.
4.5 No-Show and Early Departure
If you fail to check in on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice in accordance with the applicable cancellation policy, your reservation may be treated as a no-show, and the room may be released for resale. Early departures may be subject to additional fees or may not qualify for partial refunds, depending on the rate terms disclosed at the time of booking.
4.6 Overbooking and Relocation
In rare circumstances where a Property is unable to honor a confirmed reservation due to overbooking or unforeseen operational issues, LuxViille will make reasonable efforts to provide suitable alternative accommodation of comparable standard, either within another LuxViille Property or a comparable third-party hotel. Where relocation is necessary, LuxViille's liability will generally be limited to the cost of the alternative accommodation and, where required by law, reasonable transportation between the affected Property and the alternative accommodation.
5. Payment Terms and Pricing
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods
LuxViille typically accepts major credit and debit cards and, in certain jurisdictions, additional payment methods such as bank transfers or approved digital wallets. Accepted payment methods vary by Property and by the channel through which the reservation is made. It is your responsibility to ensure that the payment method used is valid, authorized, and has sufficient funds or credit to cover the total charges.
5.2 Deposits, Prepayments, and Authorization Holds
Some reservations, particularly promotional rates, event periods, or suite bookings, may require a deposit or full prepayment at the time of booking. In addition, Properties may request a credit card authorization or cash deposit at check-in to cover incidental charges, such as in-room dining, minibar usage, spa treatments, or other on-property Services. Any unused portion of such deposits or authorization holds will generally be released or refunded following check-out, subject to your bank's processing timelines and applicable legal requirements.
5.3 Rates, Taxes, and Service Charges
Room rates and other prices displayed on the Site are typically quoted per room, per night, unless otherwise stated, and may vary according to the number of guests, selected dates, currency, and local demand. Unless explicitly indicated, displayed rates may be exclusive of applicable taxes, service fees, resort fees, or mandatory charges imposed by law or regulatory authorities. The total price, including any such charges known at the time of booking, will generally be presented to you before you finalize your reservation.
Local taxes, fees, and regulatory charges may change between the time of booking and the date of your stay. Where permitted by law, LuxViille reserves the right to adjust the amount charged to reflect such changes.
5.4 Currency and Exchange Rates
Prices may be displayed in different currencies for your convenience; however, the confirmed booking currency and the currency charged at the Property may differ from the currency used for display on the Site. Where a currency conversion is involved, the final amount charged may vary due to exchange-rate fluctuations or fees imposed by your card issuer or payment provider. LuxViille is not responsible for differences arising from currency conversion or bank charges.
5.5 Fraud Prevention and Payment Security
LuxViille implements commercially reasonable measures to protect payment information transmitted through the Site. However, you acknowledge that no data transmission over the internet or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. LuxViille reserves the right to conduct additional verification or request supplementary information where fraud or unauthorized use is suspected, and may cancel or refuse any reservation or transaction that appears fraudulent or unauthorized, consistent with applicable law.
6. Property Rules and Use of Facilities
6.1 General House Rules
Each LuxViille Property maintains specific house rules designed to ensure a safe, comfortable, and refined environment for all guests. These rules may address, among other things, check-in and check-out times, smoking policies, pet policies, dress codes for certain venues, use of photography, and restrictions on outside food and beverages. By staying at or visiting any Property, you agree to comply with all posted or communicated house rules, as well as any instructions reasonably given by LuxViille staff.
6.2 Casino, Entertainment, and Recreational Facilities
Access to casino floors, gaming areas, entertainment venues, pools, fitness centers, spas, and other recreational facilities may be subject to specific eligibility, dress code, safety, or health requirements. Certain facilities may only be available to registered guests, to adults above a specified age, or during designated hours. LuxViille may restrict or suspend access to these facilities at any time for operational, safety, or regulatory reasons, without incurring liability for any resulting inconvenience, except where otherwise required by law.
6.3 Responsible Gaming and Alcohol Service
LuxViille is committed to promoting responsible gaming and responsible service of alcohol in accordance with applicable laws and licensing conditions. We may impose limits, offer self-exclusion options, or take other steps to support responsible participation. LuxViille reserves the right to refuse service of alcohol or gaming access to any individual where there are concerns regarding age, intoxication, welfare, or compliance with regulatory obligations.
6.4 Damage, Loss, and Personal Belongings
You are responsible for any damage caused to your guest room, common areas, or any LuxViille property or equipment by you or any member of your party, whether intentional, negligent, or accidental. LuxViille reserves the right to charge the cost of repair or replacement, as well as any associated loss of revenue, to the payment method used for your reservation or any other method provided by you, to the extent permitted by law.
While LuxViille takes reasonable precautions to safeguard the security of its Properties, we cannot guarantee the safety of cash, jewelry, or other valuables brought onto the premises. You are encouraged to use any in-room safes or secure storage options provided. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LuxViille is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings, except where such loss is directly caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
6.5 Prohibited Activities
To maintain a secure and respectful environment, the following activities are strictly prohibited at all LuxViille Properties and within all LuxViille online channels:
- Engaging in illegal activities or possessing illegal substances or materials;
- Operating commercial photography or videography, events, or promotions without prior written consent from LuxViille;
- Interfering with or attempting to bypass security systems, surveillance, or access controls;
- Using the Site or any LuxViille system for data mining, scraping, automated collection, or other unauthorized access.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
The Site, together with all content and materials displayed or made available through it, including but not limited to text, descriptions, property and destination narratives, case studies, pricing presentations, testimonials, high-resolution photography, video media, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, icons, user interface elements, and overall look and feel (collectively, the "Content"), are owned by or licensed to LuxViille and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
"LuxViille" and all associated logos, graphical marks, and service names used on the Site or at the Properties are trademarks or registered trademarks of LuxViille or its affiliates. Other names or brands may be the property of their respective owners.
Subject to your strict compliance with these Terms, LuxViille grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to access and use the Site and view the Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use in evaluating and booking LuxViille Services. Except as expressly permitted by applicable law or with our prior written consent, you may not:
- Copy, reproduce, adapt, modify, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, transmit, publish, display, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Site or Content;
- Use any Content for commercial purposes, including in advertising, marketing, or promotional materials;
- Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary rights notices displayed on the Site or within the Content;
- Use any automated means (including bots, crawlers, or scrapers) to access or interact with the Site beyond what is strictly necessary for standard browser usage.
No rights are granted to you by implication, estoppel, or otherwise in or to any intellectual property owned or controlled by LuxViille or its licensors, except for the limited rights of use expressly set forth in these Terms.
8. Liability Limitations and Disclaimers
8.1 General Disclaimers
While LuxViille endeavors to ensure that all information presented on the Site is accurate, current, and complete, the Site and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LuxViille makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, suitability, availability, or completeness of any information, Content, products, or Services described on the Site, including with respect to room descriptions, amenities, pricing, promotions, or property features.
LuxViille does not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error free, or that any defects will be corrected. Temporary interruptions or limitations of the Site may occur from time to time due to maintenance, upgrades, or factors beyond our reasonable control.
8.2 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LuxViille and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or anticipated savings, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, your stay at any Property, or any Services provided, whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the extent permitted by law, LuxViille's aggregate liability for any and all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or any Services shall, in no event, exceed the total amount paid by you to LuxViille in connection with the specific reservation or Service giving rise to the claim.
8.3 Guest Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LuxViille and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (i) your breach of these Terms or any other applicable policy; (ii) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party; or (iii) any act or omission by you or any member of your party during your stay or use of the Services.
8.4 Mandatory Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable consumer protection or other mandatory laws. To the extent that any exclusion or limitation set out in these Terms is not permitted under applicable law, such exclusion or limitation shall not apply to you, but the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
9. Changes, Governing Law, and Contact Information
9.1 Changes to These Terms
LuxViille may update, amend, or replace these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our operations, Services, legal or regulatory requirements, or other relevant considerations. When we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, for example by updating the "last updated" date at the beginning of these Terms or by providing a notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Site or Services after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
9.2 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, any reservation, or any stay at a LuxViille Property shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the relevant Property is located, without regard to conflict-of-law principles that would result in the application of the laws of another jurisdiction.
Where permitted by law, you agree that any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or the Services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiations between you and LuxViille. If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute amicably within a reasonable period, the dispute may be submitted to the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which the relevant Property is located, unless mandatory local laws provide you with the right to bring claims in your country of residence.
